School districts across the state are facing challenges with the new Tax Cap. Schools are apprehensive when it comes to utilizing exemptions for fear of the process backfiring. Susan Arbetter reports on the topic with Dr. Rick Timbs of SSFC.

Rally for Rural School Districts / WXXI Rochester
Regional school officials are calling on New York lawmakers to change the state's formula for doling out funding to rural school districts. The education leaders claim the money is being unfairly distributed between wealthy and poor districts, saying funding cuts had a larger impact on rural schools.
